The stage where I perform

It's funny how when people go to university they either become a bachelor of arts or a bachelor of science, it seems like it is very different from eachother. But in the kitchen we do both, we apply science to create art. The longer I have been in the kitchen, the more I have learnt, and learn, about the science of cooking which obviously helps in the understanding of achieving the end result. But then, when science has finished or is in it's last stages we bring it here, to the pass. And at the pass is where the art happens. It's where we bring all components together and create an art piece. Art to the eye, nose and tongue!
