Madhur Wednesday

I'm in a bit of a Madhur Jaffrey rut... but there are definitely worse ruts to be in hopefully.

This was dinner on Wednesday - the star of the show from my point of view was the cauliflower and peanut dish (on the right side of the plate) which I really liked and will definitely cook again. The potato and pea curry on the left is also turning into a bit of a standby dish.
