Warming up for the marathon??

This morning I was sipping my coffee, when I started to hear LOTS of voices...many more than the usual amount on a Sunday morning around here. I turned my head and flocks of runners in uniform where coming by....hundreds! Possibly college students?
Maybe an early marathon warmup?
