Walk(ies) 4 Life

I received a leaflet in the post from the NHS about a National Walking Day event in Ely today. It was part of the Change 4 Life campaign that you may be aware of. Aimed at humans really but I took Stella along as there's no point to weekend walkies without her!

There were a few people there that attend the Wicken walks we sometimes do on Wednesday mornings including the lovely lady we met on our very first walk so Stella was pleased to get a fuss from a familiar face :)
