Tim

Tim (son) lives in North Perth where a street festival was in full swing yesterday. William Street on the outskirts of the CBD over the years had declined and is now part of a vibrant Perth City renewal project that has seen some very good work done to open up old empty space to artists, architects, planners etc and turn them into art spaces, small fashion shops, ecelectic galleries and much more. Outskirts 2011 was organised very well by it's own artists, traders and residents with some excellent support from Govt and Council agencies
