Japanese Candy 3

More candy sent direct from Japan.

This time a sweet version of Takoyaki (octopus balls). In real life this is a savoury snack, often sold on the street, consisting of a small chunk of octopus fried in a ball of batter in a special pan, and topped with a dark sauce and a sprinkling of seaweed.

In this version the batter is a peach flavoured dough you make up yourself from powder and water, the octopus is strawberry gum, the sauce is caramel and the seaweed is an unspecified "topping".
