Trick of the light

Sometimes I'm amazed by how differently from the eye the camera sees. This was taken in bright sunshine, but the reflections on the water distorted the exposure.

Busy day today with odds and ends of work to tidy up and finish. as well as preparation for a big Cercle Occitan evening on Saturday - the origins of jazz, with talk, music and New Orleans-style meal. I made the posters a couple of weeks ago, but there are still flyers to distribute and our contribution to the meal to plan.

I've just realised this water image follows on from yesterday's fire blip....an elements series, perhaps? I can't promise earth or air tomorrow, but I'll keep it in mind!
