Evening Light

Goodness me it's been a long day! Who knew pilates was so hard-core?!
As the day has gone on I've got stiffer and stiffer and my abs have got more and more painful.... More painful, if it's possible, than most other muscles in my body!!
It was just the day for swimming with Miss E and then spending a long afternoon in a Play Centre!!
I am so looking forward to my bed....
Buy I'm obviously a sucker for punishment as I've booked myself in for more of the same next Monday night!
