Day 2
One day at a time!!!
Not that long ago I lost 2 stone & I have gradually eaten my way back! Enjoyed doing it, but that really isn't the attitude I should have!
So, here we are again. Salmon salad & jacket potato followed by a fat free yoghurt, not quite the same as a cup of tea & piece of battenburg, Thanks to Jibbajabba finishing off the battenburg I can't be tempted!
Watch this space....... I might need a bit of encouragement:-)
