Successful finger surgery today! I was surprised with how well it went. I had no issues at all. They gave me some pain meds that made me a little drowsy, set up an IV, and then added antibiotic and a sedative once I was in the operating room so that I was relaxed during the operation. My finger was completely numb so I didn't experience any pain although I could tell that they were scraping the bone. Kinda neat actually. Thankful it went so well. Now I just hope it heals quickly!
