The older I get the better I was...

Here's me and dad following 5 games of badminton singles. Forgive us if we look hot, bothered and knackered...it's because we were. I beat him, but only just. My hope is that I can still play as well as he does when I'm 71!

All in all it turned out to be a pretty active day. Badminton was followed later in the day by a walk across the sand dunes in Merthyr Mawr with my brother Sean, Megan (a friends dog who he often adopts for walks) and Boots (my dog).

Great to be outdoors enjoying the sunshine. I love the sea and particularly like this part of the south Wales coastline as you see such beautiful sunsets.
