Birthday Cake

Yesterday was my birthday. This was my cake. I baked it myself from a Gluten free mix and Mark made the frosting, and then he assembled and frosted it. Since we didn't have any birthday candles, Mark got out a regular sized candlestick and held it over the cake and sang 'Happy Birthday' to me while I made my wish and then blew out the candle. The cake is quite tasty, even without any wheat in it.
