Terracotta Techno

Having a look around Singapore we ended up in the Singapore Civilisation Museum, where they had a special showing of models from the Terracotta Army.

These were a form of funerary art buried with the First Qin Emperor of China in 210-209 BC and are believed to have been to serve and protect the Emperor in his afterlife.

Basically, pottery booby traps if you were stupid enough to break into the Emperor's tomb.
