Invasion of the Ants

Earlier in the day at work, we had noticed all these big ants running around, some had wings, some didn't. When I was leaving to go home , I noticed they were forming piles of them all over the parking lot. This group was moving that piece of wood. I have never seen this kind of behavior, but they were very large, too.
