Crab Apple Vodka
This is a back blip. There are some amazing crab apples in the garden this year. Infact even the regular apples are ace this year too. Decided to make something different to the usual crab apple jelly and found a recipe with good ratings for malus vodka. This involved quartering the extra large red crab apples and putting them (about 10 apples in total) in jars (1 litre) of vodka with a bit of sugar. The liquid went red pretty quickly and I have to keep turning the jars. Should be ready for Xmas!!
