Tack Room

Its been a busy day in the July sunshine ... my mistake its October, wow how warm has it been!

So this morning I did my first parkrun.org.uk 5km run at Southwick Country Park, its a free timed run every Saturday morning. It was a lovely morning 16 degrees at 9.00am, everyone was friendly and the route was lovely, no hills, my fav!

So run done, then on to the horse riding. Scooby and I headed out to the woods, bit cooler but by the time I got back, my legs were killing me and I was really hot! Well it was 25 degrees!

Did a few chores this after and now its time to chill out on this warm balmy evening.
