Swans and Cygnets

Today was the first day that the swans took their brood of nine cygnets onto the lake. They actually began to hatch four days ago, but as the weather was rather cold the swans sat on them until the sun came out today and there was some warmth in the air. They will let me have a closer look in a few days I hope.
