In the day I had a really nice catch up with Sophie and Alec, my foundation buddies, before going to see Inbetweeners with Kate.

The evening involved attempting to drink for Helen's birthday, but not feeling it, and then bailing before the dreaded Club I.

I would now like to sleep..........
