Spin Class

Not a great photo today quality wise, I had to be quick cos people object to cameras near their lycra dressed bodies.

This is what I do every day, Spinning (Les Mills RPM to be exact), I love it that's all I can say, love it.....

Classes are held on stage at the local Town Hall while our new Sporty is getting built, be at least another year here. It's not great, see how cramped the bikes are, there are no windows, no fresh or conditioned air, the sound quality has much to be desired and the classes are cancelled whenever anyone else wants the hall..

But the girls are good criac and I need the exercise. xx
