Child labour in the fields

At 8.30am I was at my desk at home, fingers dancing across the keyboard as I cracked on with a particularly troublesome piece of work I need some peace and quiet to work on.

By 9.30am I was picking up Eve from school who had a "sore tummy and a sour taste in my mouth".

Once we were in the car she wanted to know if she could still have the crisps she had taken in for snack time and if she could still go round to her pals house to play later.

I told her to stand on some hay bales and I'd think about it. The document might be in trouble but at least I've got my blip - and taken a half decent shot of some hay bales which has been problematic to date.
