This is a moving work of art DELTA SOLAR
by the artist Alejandro Otero 1976 a gift from the
people of Venezuela. It sits outside the Air and Space Museum
in Washington DC.
When there is strong breeze all of the curved pieces of metal ,spin and shimmer
reflecting the sunlight as they twirl.
