Testing

Bro3 endured over 2 hours of various tests, eye drops and examinations by no less than 3 medical professionals during his hospital appointment this morning. He was declared the best patient they had ever had for sitting very still while they measured and remeasured.

The result of all that and a discussion with his consultant is that he is now on her list for surgery and should be operated on in around nine weeks. It is on the understanding that they will not be able to achieve a perfect cosmetic result but there will be a noticeable improvement.

I know my boys aren't perfect but compared to the majority of other children's and indeed their parents behaviour we witnessed today in the waiting room it appears they are pretty darn close to it.
