I haz bazketball

So it seems I've been building up "loyalty" points with my current mobile provider. It seems that as a incentive to stay with the provider I get points I can trade for random things. Like a basketball.

So I spend all my points on a basketball I don't really want that much, and then ended my contract.

I'm not really sure why...
