View from Preston Gubbals

Sorry just had to put Preston Gubbals in my title as it is one of my favourite place names.
A dramatic day today with bright sun and dark clouds, I do love this view towards the distant Breidden hills.

This part of Shropshire is particularly nice with plenty of lovely old trees still surviving in the middle of fields and lots of gently rolling fields but all the time surrounded by the sentinels of the ancient Shropshire hills.

Processed with a slight bit of tonal contrast to bring out the grain in the stubble
