Shayne 'Shakey' Byrne

Had a great day at Brands Hatch today for the BSB finale weekend... not going tomorrow for the actual finale but we saw warm up, qualifying and Race 1 today together with a bunch of Supersport 600 and 1000 and British 125GP action.

I love this shot, despite it being a bit out of focus. Shakey Byrne is coming up the hill and accelerating out of Surtees corner and heading out into the woods to the GP part of the circuit. Behind him, poor David Anthony has taken a tumble and his bike is being removed by the marshalls. Thankfully he was unhurt and didn't need the ambulance that was lurking in the background.
