Fish broth/Where work and home colide

I love food. I love seafood.
I love my work - trying to get more people to eat more seafood more often....

Today I had the pleasure of a day at Martin Wisharts Cook-school with the owner of The Sisters restaurant in Glasgow.

What a day - and this was amazing. So easy. So fresh.
