We first came to Roujan for a wedding. It was hosted by Teddy and Nicola who became great friends. They no longer run the arts centre they did then, but for one week each summer they have a "pottering week" when people come and learn to sculpt or paint or tap dance or pot or whatever. This figure, sculpted out of chicken wire, was created on one of those weeks some years ago and has been airborne in their garden ever since. It should look macabre but it doesn't maybe because it seems not to be hanging but flying.
