Lasooing a Longhorn

Finally got a chance to do some actual photography today :) Loads of nice pics and very hard to choose what to blip. I've opted for this action shot of a cowboy trying to lasoo a young Longhorn during a demonstration of cowboy skills at the George Ranch Historic Park south of Houston. Headed on down to Brazos Bend State Park afterwards to look for alligators (and saw ten of them plus an armadillo) took a few animal, bird and plant photos down there some of which I'll stick up on flickr.
