Intriguing

A hat in the window.
I can see it every night from my apartment. And I always wonder who wears it and on what occasion! Maybe they just put it there for decoration...

(It's a pity (for the picture) that we can see part of a lampshade just behind the hat... The shape of the hat on its own would have been so much nicer!)
