Back in the ROK

We're finally back in Korea after a relatively painless eleven hour flight, thanks mainly to the wonderous distraction of being able to watch four movies back to back.

First stop, catching up on all the delicious Korean food we've been missing.
Bossam is tasty cuts of pork paired perfectly with crunchy strands of radish kimchi. You can wrap it all up in a leafy parcel too, but i prefer to simply wrap the meat around a little pile of kimchi.

It was absolutely delicious, and the clam soup and seafood pancakes didn't hurt either.
