Porto-Vecchio

Port-Vecchio (Corsican: Portivechju) is a medium-sized port city placed on a good harbor, the southernmost of the marshy and alluvial east side of Corsica.
Old Town consists of a small grid of small cobbled streets, a main square (Place de la République) and ruins of the ancient citadel.
Porto-Vecchio epitomises Corsica's reputation as the "Island of Beauty and of Contrasts".
