Morning coffee with newspaper

A little later on my run this overcast morning. Went past the scene of the weekend's quarter finals (at least the Auckland ones). All tidy and pristine once more.

Just past Eden Park is this cafe, which opens early, and (at the moment anyway) shuts late. Although the doors look unopened, the tables are set up, and he has his coffee with which to enjoy his reading of the morning newspaper. In jandals, so maybe not heading to work, at least not immediately after this.

One more in my occasional series of cafes. Note the perspex wind break, and the string of flags of the 20 teams from the World Cup. Hope they have done well from the crowds passing by.
