In Japan, vending machines are part of the culture. You can find them even at the top of Mt Fuji, 3,700 m high! You can find just about anything in vending machines, from alcohol and cigarettes to hot foods and even.... used panties .... (now, why in the Hell someone would want to buy these is another story... bleuh..) .

I do know that any vending machine selling alcohol or cigarettes in Canada would have a very short lifespan.... Whisked away!!
