The shy thief

We took the nieces to see the ospreys at Loch of the Lowes and see the first chick. ( Can be seen live on web cam). We were treated to a spectacular hour of views of brooding mother, father chomping away on a large trout, several flights and the large messy nest site against a beautiful blue sky. My camera is not up to giving a good blip at that distance, so you'll have to look for yourself, but the rest of the menagerie, was close at hand and blippable.

This native, wild, shy thief, moved so quickly, the only chance of anything remotely useable was his rear view. I liked it, but I am aware, you may have more traditional tastes.

It was a great expedition and the girls were amazed they had been there so long. When it was time to leave,( so we could at least see some of the Grand Prix), they were dissapointed and I think keen to take their Dad with them next time. You have been warned Martin!
