North End

So it's mum's last day in Boston and she really wanted to see Paul Revere's house on the freedom trail. So off we trotted.

Turns out Paul Revere's house is conveniently located in the North End, home of Boston's finest Italian food, coffee and cannoli. Mike's pastry is the most famous place for cannoli and pastries and I've wanted to go there for so long.

Can't believe I've been in Boston a year and a half and never been. Totally worth the wait though. Had this giant red velvet cupcake. It is is fact the most delicious thing I've ever, ever eaten. Mum had her first cannoli too. Exciting times.

I'll be back here, maybe not too often though ;)
