Harvest time and vast amounts of green and red tomatoes abound from the Polytunnel at work! So, one humungous jar of green tomato and chili chutney (recipe cobbled together and made up as I went along). Plus two batches of oven roasted red tomatoes with garlic and olive oil all ready to be popped in the fridge and made into the most delicious pasta sauce for the kids and husband at later date.

Roll on the pumpkins....
