Hanging Branch

This one proved very hard to capture: quite a large branch dangling from an overhead electrical cable (a relatively low voltage, insulated one) across a road - the result of some high winds we've been experiencing lately.

The effect of seeing this when driving along is far more dramatic than this photo can convey. Nonetheless, I feel I have managed to capture some interesting shapes, textures, colours and lighting effects here.
