Neighbour Neglect

Whilst visiting a neighbour i found this panorama of neglected fruit before me and managed to negotiate a collection for tomorrow of all the good ones that are left and then I can make some nice cider for Christmas. Should be some nice interesting yeasts amongst the rotting fruit which will make for some nice tasting juice. Now where will I find a dead rat to pop into the brew. Mind you thats an old farmers tale I can't imagine why anyone would want that in their cider.
