Sam makes a good fitness coach.

He leads by example (running up and down, up and down).

He's very bossy sorry, persuasive.

He makes repetitive exercises fun and interesting (walking like a hippo, jumping like a kangaroo, running like a giraffe - with your long neck out, in case you were wondering).

He's very good at clapping and cheering you on.

Plus, his rates are low; he charges in apples and bananas.

Anyone want to get fit? Come on over! (while I put my feet up).....
