Sloe Gin is good for you...in small quantities!

On the right the remains of the 2010 vintage sloe gin. A difficult year for sloes. On the left is the 2011 vintage in progress. A fantastic year for sloes and not enough jars in the cupboard! My wife is the brewer and has succeeded in producing great little Christmas presents at cost to me who then has limited access to this wonderful drink!
