To the Back of Beyond

I had a rare day out today, well a half day. Drove the 25 miles to Bacton on the North Norfolk coast to give a talk to the garden club there. (Yes, Crocuses did feature.) Took the camera, a chance for an 'away' blip.

Time was tight, not for me a lazy drive back into the advancing sunset. It might have been a sleepy rural church or a flint wall. The ladies at the club were planning a Christmas party so the red berried Holly with adjacent Ivy nearly made it. However I had spotted this on my outward journey along country roads bending around ancient field boundaries. Initially struck by the straight lines across most of the field, I was drawn to this crazy corner.
