Plum cake

I love autumn fruits - especially plums. They seem to sum up the 'nights drawin' in' and impending cold, dark winter nights.

I have a tendency to overbuy.... And then need to find something to do with them.

Plum and almond cake seemed a sensible solution.

Very easy. Very tasty and very, very autumn (in my eyes anyway).
