Snack Time

I caught Mr. Northern Cardinal having a bit of a seed snack in the rose of sharon tree. I know it & some of the other birds do gather in it about this time of year. I assume they eat the seeds. I need to trim it back, but am waiting for the birds to finish with it :)

Oh what a busy do it yourself home improvement day. Adding a new porch landing and steps at an entrance to the house. . . Next up is another visit to the home & garden center tonight to get the rest of the lumber & things we need to finish it up. My wagon is draggin' people... and I've officially went on strike on cooking this evening. It's going to be a quick meal out too.
