Modern Interior

A busy afternoon--first to Springfield for a group exhibition of photos by our photo club (here is the page for the members' galleries of 5 images each).

We then returned to Northampton for a neighborhood political meeting at which a candidate in the upcoming city council elections spoke. It was held at a neighbor's quite stunning modern house, and as things wound down I took this quick shot of just part of the main living area. (Barely visible on the left is a large woodcut of birds swarming in the sky--swallows, I was told--a striking piece.)
