Squid and nerves

I'm always a bit nervous about fish varieties I haven't cooked before.

Today I stopped in at the wonderful Newtown Fish Market and they talked me through my fears about squid. But not only that, they cleaned the squid and took off all the bits that made me anxious.

I love shopping there! And I intend to be braver about fish from here on in.
