It gets dark around 6pm and the fruit bats come out, they are the size of seagulls and there are loads of them swooping around the mangrove trees. Think I managed to miss all of them in this shot! Our last evening in the tropics before we head down to Brisbane tomorrow, how will we cope in just 25 degrees? Best dig out those jumpers we have been lugging around.

To celebrate surviving 4 weeks of travelling, jeg lag, night flights, getting lost and being with each other 24 hours a day (despite the smell of Andy's feet) we went out for dinner. I had a starter of Kangeroo and Crocodile (if a crocodile gets me now at least he'll have a shock) and then huge prawns for main, all washed down with plently of very drinkable wine...
