Beer Bap

I spent the day playing at teacher. I was doing some training for one of the electricians at a company that I've been doing a bit of work for. It has been ages since I have run a training course. I kept expecting someone to come in and tell us to get on with some work.

These beer baps were quite nice, quick to make and an excuse to open a few bottles of beer, one for the baps, one for my neck. We had them with a tasty tomato and mozarella baked pasta. Very nice, one of the quick and easy recipes from a book Barking gave me for my birthday. Washed the pasta down with a local Muddy Waters Pinotage, delish.
