My turn to cook

After stating to my mum that there was no point in me cooking as I only ever cook for one, she then told me that she would come for dinner today with my dad... eek - so after cleaning the flat I got the cook books out... Starter and pudding were fab, main course needed a little work - maybe I shouldn't just open cook boooks and randomly try recipes when I have people coming for dinner!
