Mid week supper

Last night I won a carving set (no seriously) and so a mid week roast to road test them wad due. What better than poussin for a quick roast with some lovely fresh veg and redcurrant jelly.

The Mr made a very nice fruity rice pudding for afters, so we were most spoilt tonight!
