Hong Shao Niu Rou

I had a whole thing written about this and about Chinese people and how much I like them and respect them but it disappeared when I tried to load it. So.......

This was my dinner. It was AWESOME. Hong Shao Niu Rou, liang ping liang de pi jiu he xiao wan mi fan. (Beef and potatoes, two bottles of cold beer and a small bowl of rice.)
